Insert Menu => Movies & sounds => Movie from File =>Select the file
Ex: Windows Media Video files, Videos Captured through Webcam,,etc
If u want to play it automatically => Click “yes” otherwise “No”
Note: File with some extensions will not adopt this procedure.
